Trainee -- New member to the guild. This person has not received a welcome letter from the guild leader or this person
is under 13 years old and is not able to receive NeoMail yet.
Unactive Member -- You don't want this. If you do not participate in guild games or write on the message board at least
once per month you will become unactive. You will stay that way until you post a message or play a guild game.
3rd Officer -- New member to the guild that has received a welcome letter from the guild leader. This person also plays
at least one game per month or writes on the guild message board.
2nd Officer -- This person either plays guild games or writes on the guild message board. Sometimes, 2nd officers do
both, but are not considered active enough to be a 1st officer.
1st Officer -- Very active member in the guild. Plays guild games and writes on the message boards regularly.
Trooper -- 5th council member. This person has board monitoring, calendar monitoring, and poll abilities. This person
is not able to receive items for guild donations. This person may run guild games.
Detective -- 4th council member. This person is in charge of board monitoring, calendar monitoring, and poll abilites.
This person is not able to receive items for guild donations. This person may run guild games and generate guild NeoMail.
Sargent -- 3rd council member. This person is in charge of board monitoring, calendar monitoring, and poll abilites.
This person is able to receive items for guild donations if he or she desires. This person may run guild games and generate
guild NeoMail.
Co-Cheif -- 2nd council member. This person has full ablities in the guild. Has access to update and change the
guild webbie. This person may receive guild donations if he or she desires. This person may also generate guild NeoMail.
Cheif -- 1st council member and guild leader. This person has full ablities in the gulid. Has access to update and change
the guild webbie. This person may receive donations for the guild. This person receives all guild mail and runs all games
on the guild webbie unless otherwise stated. This person is responsible for updating ranks and giving prizes to winners for
guild games. This person is also responsible for guild money and all guild items. This person may change ranks of any other
guild member, including council members at any point in time. This person makes guild rules.
Guild members that have not been online in 60 days or more are deleted from the guild. This also includes "Trainees"
that are under 13 years of age.
